New seasonal winter menu at the FOUR restaurant
The chef Vladimir Burdin has prepared non-standard combinations.
Everyone will find there something delicious to eat.
New seasonal menu included both the traditional Russian and extraordinary dishes.
Our favorites among a bright representative of new offer are:
• Beef jellied with horseradish mousse and rye biscuit. It is absolute classic and lovely dish for New Year.
• Salad with persimmon, ricotta cheese, avocado and Asian sauce. It’s moderately sweet with spicy and sharp taste.
• Cream soup with red fish and baked potatoes. Despite a light texture this soup is quite hearty and warming, and it’s beautiful presentation is going to blow you away.
